Return and Refund Policy

Defective or not as described: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund. For defective items under $20 we may refund you without requiring a return.

Change of mind: return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and unopened in its original packaging, and you pay return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Items that ship direct from our overseas (China) suppliers are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind. They are still covered if they arrive defective, damaged, or not as described.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, usually within 5-10 business days.
